Devlin Donaldson, President/CEO

Devlin Donaldson spent 18 years at Compassion International in a variety of leadership positions including artists relations, sponsor ministry, and marketing and development program. As a member of their Leadership Team, his final position with Compassion was leading all of the marketing and fundraising for the ministry.

From 2001 through 2015, Devlin was the president of The Elevation Group, a growth consulting firm based in Colorado Springs. During his 15 years there, The Eleveation Group worked with hundreds of clients, from numerous small ministries (less than $1 million) to some of the world’s largest ministries (including World Vision, World Relief, and Compassion).

Devlin has completed three terms as a member of the Christian Leadership Alliance National Board of Directors (formerly the Christian Management Association) and is a current member of the Gospel Music Association Board of Directors. He has also served 8 years as a Trustee of his alma mater, Judson University, and most recently, served as the Senior VP of External Relations for Judson University.

As a writer, Devlin has authored two books, How to be a Great Boss without Being Bossy and Pinocchio Nation.

Devlin has earned a BA in Human Relations from Judson University and a MA in Counseling Psychology from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School.
