Biston lives with his mother and 5 other family members in the area of Katsekera southeast of Ntcheu. His parents have a very small garden with which they try to provide for the family. It is often difficult. Biston only has one pair of shorts that he must wear everyday. The typical home is constructed from clay bricks, with a thatch or tin roof and a dirt floor. There is no plumbing, electricity or water. They get their water from a community well that is far from their home. Your sponsorship will make it possible for Biston to attend the learning center where he will receive tutoring, a nutritious snack and learn of Jesus' love for him. Biston also attends church.
