Malaria and malnutrition are common in the impoverished country of Central African Republic, putting children in the community of Boy-Rabe at a high risk. Les Naufrages Learning Center cares for children in the village from nursery to 12th grade. The children are provided with both medical care and food while receiving health training about AIDS, nutrition and hygiene in hopes of lessening their chances of contracting an infectious disease. We also provide vocational training like carpentry and sewing to help the kids discover what they're passionate about.
