Jose and his family recently moved to Goiania from another part of Brazil. Jose lives with his parents in an extremely poor area of Goiania. His father is farmer and his mother is a maid. The typical house is made of concrete block and mortar without indoor plumbing. Jose lives in an environment where alcoholism, drug use and domestic violence are common social issues. Through your sponsorship Jose will be able to attend the learning center where he will receive loving Christian care, tutoring, nourishing meals, and medical care that his family cannot supply for him. Jose also attends church. He enjoys many activities including playing soccer, swimming and riding a bike. To help at home, Jose takes care of the animals. Please remember to pray for Jose.
